Household accounts and credits
Credits sit at household level and can be shared across children or adults.
Packs last 60 days. Membership credits reset every 30 days.
Bookings, cancellations, and refunds
A booking is confirmed only when credits and spaces are both available.
Refunds and cancellations are handled by Tech Den Academy.
Memberships and pricing
Memberships give the best value for regular booking.
Prices and credit amounts are shown on the pricing page and may change over time.
